Food & TextilesFood Technology & Textiles lessons are part of the Art & Design Technology curriculum for pupils in Years 1 to 6. Food technology classes teach the children basic culinary skills, enabling them to make a wide variety of simple dishes. Lessons also encompass a variety of associated topics such as food hygiene and healthy eating. Textile lessons provide pupils with a working knowledge of, and an opportunity to try first-hand, skills such as patchwork and embroidery. |
