SportsPhysical development and enjoyment of competitive sports have an important role to play in the school curriculum. Eversfield boasts an extensive range of facilities and specialist equipment to offer pupils the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of sports and activities. Indoor activities, such as PE and dance, are held in the gymnasium, which is also used as the school assembly hall and for staging concerts and drama productions. Outdoor sports, like football, rugby, hockey and rounders, are played on the extensive grass pitches located at the rear of the school site. In addition, the school also has an all-weather surface for netball and tennis, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. A modern, purpose-built pavilion provides separate changing facilities for boys and girls.
