Letters

To request for your child/children to be absent from school please complete an Absence Request Form and submit it to the Headmaster for approval.

If prescribed medicine needs to be brought to school in order to complete a course of treatment it must be handed over to the School Nurse, Mrs Debbie Mian via the School Office.  You will need to complete a Medication Consent Form.
