Record-breaking Charity Challenge
Entrepreneurial Form 5 pupils got creative and took on the school's annual Fantastic Fiver Charity Challenge raising a record-breaking amount of over £5,400 for this year's school’s beneficiary charity Zoë's Place Coventry Baby Hospice. Read more24Mar
Junior Apprentices
In true apprentice-style, Form 6 have been working this term to develop and launch their own café business ventures. Their multi-skills Maths challenge required them to collectively draw on their creativity to develop their marketing materials, maximise their seating capacity and carefully work through their costings to maximise profitability on their chosen menu. Safe Cycling Skills
All this week Year 6 are pedalling their way through Bikeability, the cycling proficiency course. Today they have been practising at school and developing safe cycling habits. They are learning the rules of the road before heading out onto the lanes tomorrow and the rest of this week. Read more14May
Savvy Cyclists
Helping Form 6 become cycle savvy has been the focus of today’s Road Safety and Cycle Fun Day. They have been mastering manoeuvring, practising emergency stops and hand signals, and enjoyed taking on a timed challenge to complete the assault course designed to help increase their pedal confidence.
