International Relocations

Eversfield has long welcomed families relocating to the West Midlands from around the world. 

Located in the heart of a thriving commercial region, we are close to many international businesses and sporting organisations. Families often join us as a part of relocation packages, through specialist relocation advisers, or by recommendations from professional and community networks.

Over the years we have welcomed pupils from countries including France, Spain, Germany, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Algeria, China, Russia, Taiwan, South Korea, Ukraine, Estonia, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Some children arrive with little or no proficiency in English but quickly grow in confidence, fluency and independence.

Our teachers are experienced in supporting pupils who are learning English. Using research-informed strategies, visual resources and careful classroom support, we help children develop language skills while fully engaging in school life. New students are often paired with a buddy, sometimes someone who shares their home language, to provide friendship, reassurance and guidance in those important early weeks. 

Above all, we ensure that every child feels safe, included and understood. Wellbeing comes first. We take great care to help pupils settle happily into both the classroom and the wider school community. 

With over 21 different languages spoken within the School, out community is culturally rich and diverse. Families bring unique perspectives and traditions and experiences, united by a shared belief in kindness, respect and hard work.
