Five Ways to Wellbeing

In support of Children’s Mental Health Week, we’ve been working with pupils to explore the five key building blocks of a healthy mind. We’ve invited everyone to take part by practicing the "Five Ways to Wellbeing": Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, and Take Notice.

By incorporating these simple actions into their daily routines, our pupils are discovering practical ways to boost their mood, build resilience and support one another.
