Reach Out for Anti-Bullying Week

Bullying can be very challenging for children to navigate. What are the three types of bullying? Who would you go to if you were bullied? What is an upstander? What is a bystander?

This week our fabulous peer mentors have led a programme of activities starting with Odd Socks Day to spread awareness of the core values of Anti-Bullying Week and celebrate what makes us all unique.

There have been daily anti-bullying video messages created and broadcast by the peer mentors, and to highlight ways of preventing and responding to bullying, the children have been making and displaying their anti-bullying pledges, and enthusiastically taking part in an Anti-Bullying Question Hunt around the playgrounds - with stars on offer for the winning class with the most correct answers!
