Fields of Knowledge
Exciting to welcome Warwickshire farmer, contractor and NFU council delegate Duncan Hawley and Nicola Hawley into school and to learn more about British Agriculture.
Their visit was organised to support the work Reception class are doing towards helping them understand the world, and the many ways that different people helps us. The visit offered them a unique insight into farming from the life cycle of crops to the care of livestock. The children absorbed a wealth of knowledge about British food and farming and and the hard work that goes into producing the food on the nation's plates.
