Investigating Remains and Artefacts
As part of their studies into the prehistoric ages Form 3 visited Sarehole Mill. They become archaeologists, walking to Moseley Bog to explore the Bronze Age Burnt Mound site and learned how these scheduled ancient monuments were used.
They played hunter-gather games, built stone age shelters and discovered how and why Prehistoric people created paintings. Investigating remains and artefacts it was a fascinating opportunity to learn about how humans lived on Earth without leaving a written record of their lives.
